Using this site
You may use this site for lawful personal shopping and product research. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
Product information
We aim to present accurate information, but sourcing and specifications may vary by production batch. Included tools, material details, dimensions, price and availability are listed on the product page.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed by PayPal. An order is accepted only after payment has been captured and our server has issued an order confirmation. We may place an order on hold, cancel it, or issue a refund if it cannot be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing error, lacks necessary delivery information, or raises fraud or compliance concerns.
Safe use
Bonsai tools have sharp edges and may pinch or cut. Use the correct tool for each task, wear appropriate protection, keep tools away from children and inspect them before use. Do not use pruning blades to cut wire.
Intellectual property
Site copy, branding and original design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product and company names belonging to third parties remain their owners' property.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
