14-day return request window

You may request an eligible return within 14 days after confirmed delivery. Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-quality returns

For a non-quality return, the tools must be unused, complete and in their original condition. Please retain the original packaging whenever possible and protect the item for return transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and the original international shipping charge is non-refundable. Contact us first to obtain return instructions; do not send an item back without authorization.

Items not eligible for ordinary return

• Tools that have been used
• Normal wear from use
• Damage caused by misuse, dropping the tool, forcing it to cut unsuitable material or other use beyond its intended purpose
• Obvious customer-caused damage
• Return requests made more than 14 days after delivery

Quality issues, incorrect items or transit damage

Contact zhaomengdian@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may ask for the order number, clear product photos, a video showing the damage or problem where appropriate, and photos of the outer packaging for transit damage. After the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we may provide a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances. We do not require every confirmed quality issue to be returned; return instructions will be provided when a return is necessary.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after an authorized returned item is received and inspected, or after another remedy is agreed. Bank processing times vary.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
